*Prices before sale taxes. The price variation is mainly due because Bonneville houses are fully custom-built. The number of square feet and the finishes selected are only a few factors that affect the price of the house. Please note that the land, the foundation and the on-site work are not included in this scale. A virtual or in-person appointment is the best way to get a precise estimate for your project! **This price chart is subject to change without notice.
